ForCUT 203 WDM Plasma Cutter is a high-performance, modern machine suitable mainly for machine cutting of all electrically conductible materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, etc.) by using a suitable combination of gases. This machine meets the requirements of standard EN 60974-1 for Welding and Plasma Cutting Machines. It is equipped with an interface for communication with cutting tables of CNC controlled systems of various manufacturers. The use of transistor ignition box enabled the increase of cut quality, decrease the wear of parts as well as significantly lower the supply current from supply network. The constant cutting stream is continuously adjustable within the range of 20-200A. It is autonomous from network variations, supply cable length or torch length. When using the water-cooled torch, the gas consumption decreased. By doing so, the formation of undesirable smoke in the cutting area decreased significantly and cutting speed increased significantly, in comparison to gas-cooled torch. According to the customer request, the cutting device may be supplied in several versions and use several types of torches (possibility to select manufacturer, length, shielding, etc.). The device is suitable for work under standard conditions, in explosion-proof and non-aggressive environment, in enclosed objects in areas with moderate climate. ForCUT 203 WDM Plasma Cutting Machines are optimized to operate in the marking mode as well. In this mode, the material is not cut but there is an optically visible mark left on the surface of the material. The above mentioned machines can be manufactured in a special version according to particular customer requirements (for use with single purpose machines, production lines, for cutting materials with uneven surface).
