FEATURES:
For CUT 123 WDM Compact Professional Cutting Device is a high-performance, modern device featuring liquid-cooled torch intended for manual and machine cutting all electrically conductive materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, etc.) The advantages of the power source include small thermal influence zone, profile cutting and narrow cutting gap. This machine meets the requirements of standard EN 60974-1 for Welding and Plasma Cutting Machines. It is equipped with an interface for communication with cutting tables of CNC controlled systems of various manufacturers. The use of transistor ignition box enabled the increase of cut quality, decrease the wear of parts as well as significantly lower the supply current from supply network. The constant cutting current is continuously adjustable within the range of 20-120A. It is autonomous from network variations, supply cable length or torch length.
USE
For economy steel material cutting application with conventional cut quality. For cutting of thinner to medium thick materials.
