For CUT 263 WDM Plasma Cutting Machine is the most powerful model of the plasma power supplies manufactured by Formica. It is designed for professional cutting of all electrically conductive materials for automated mechanical cutting in conjunction with CNC controlled The superior class industrial device intended for cutting in continuous operation in the most difficult conditions. The use of transistor ignition box enabled the increase of cut quality, increase the period of wear of consumable parts as well as significantly lower the supply current from supply network. The constant cutting stream is continuously adjustable within the range of 20-260A.
USE
Machine with wide selection of torches. The version with separated consoles enables to increase the quality of cut and decrease the use of parts as well as increase of production volume. Possibility of marking by pieces used for cutting, automatic mode switching. Possibility to cut all electrically conductive materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, etc.) with suitable gas combination. Particularly suitable for cutting thick stainless steel materials not possible to cut by oxy-fuel and laser.
